The most beautiful and stylish dial of any master clock in my opinion.
This example is in particularly good condition, being painted on to a steel dial plate. The second & hour hands are just a push fit, whilst the minute hand fits onto the square ended centre arbour, and is held on by a knurled nut.
The minute hand has the normal friction-fit or clutch arrangement so that it can be easily adjusted, and it is this knurled nut that provides the pressure, so it should be done up hand tight.
